Judy fulfilled more than 1,100 theater, nightclub, and concert performances in 18 years from 1951-1969, recorded nearly 100 singles and over 24 record albums.

FUN FACTS

Judy did NOT die in her London home from an accidental, incautious overdose of prescription medications, but rather the cumulative effects of a life long addiction. In fact the autopsy found no drug residue in her stomach at the time of death.

After remaining in a temporary storage area at Ferncliff Cemetery for one year, Frank Sinatra paid for Judy’s vault in the mausoleum after the family was unable to raise the funds to purchase one themselves.

Oh, almost forgot – Judy Garland, like Steve Allen and Elvis Presley, died on the toilet.
